I have been diagnosed with C-PTSD, which also carried severe dissociation that I was experiencing. I have been alternating from Jessica to Alice to Poppy to Engel. I have complex PTSD which is more complicated than PTSD. Dearest Jesus, please help me to hold onto Engel and not let this name be broken or fragmented anymore.
Profound traumas had fragmented my identity into four phases. Thank you for telling me that you have been with me from the start of my life and throughout, You know everything about me. Oh Lord Jesus, speak to me in my life. Despite I cannot see You, I believe that You are with me. Please give me the strength to continue to seek You amid my illness.
